城口锰钡绿色产业发展的思考

摘　　要：近年来,城口县锰钡产业的快速发展对城口经济发展做出了巨大贡献。但随着绿色产业的兴起及国家对"绿色矿业"的关注,城口锰钡产业发展道路面临着严峻的选择。从城口锰钡矿的资源特点、产业状况出发,针对资源禀赋模糊、资源利用率低、产业链短、科技水平低和污染严重等问题,提出调整产业结构,延长产业链,进行清洁生产,走绿色发展、可持续发展的道路,并对城口锰钡产业的发展及前景进行展望。In recent years, the fast development of manganese and barium indusay in Chengkou county, southwestern China, has made great contributions to the economic growlh of the local area. However, with the rise of the green industries and state concerns to ＂green mining＂, Chengkou county faces serious challenges in developing green industries as well as industrial economy. For manganese and barium minerals of Chengkou, this paper has proposed a green and sustainable way to develop green production by adjusting the structure and extending the industrial chain in terms of the features of the resources and the production status quo, such as the obscure endowment, low utilization efficiency, short industrial chain, lagged science and technology and severe pollution. The future development of manganese barium industry in Chengkou is also outlined.
