摘 要:提出一种基于模糊控制质子膜燃料电池(PEMFC)混合动力登楼椅能量管理算法,将锂电池的SOC、负载大小以及燃料经济性及PEMFC的最佳状态作为输入变量,将锂电池和燃料电池的输出功率配比作为输出变量,引入能量管理模糊算法,进行了仿真优化,动力系统的各部件工作于最佳状态,并将算法进行软件实现。动力系统采用300WPEMFC和锂电池混合联供,由PEM燃料电池电堆、锂电池、控制系统、氢气储存及管路系统组成,进行硬件和软件设计,研制了样机。实际测试表明:各项指标满足动力性能要求。This paper puts forward a management algorithm of hybrid energy for floor chair based on fuzzy control of proton membrane fuel cell (PEMFC). Taking the lithium battery SOC, load size and fuel economy, and the best form of PEMFC as input variables, taking the output ratio of the lithium batteries and fuel cells as the output variable, introducing the fuzzy algorithm of energy management to optimize the power system in the best state, we can use the software to realize the algorithm. The power system has a hybrid supply of 300W PEMFC and lithium battery, which is composed of the PEM fuel cell electric reactor, lithium battery, control system, hydrogen storage and piping system. The hardware and software is designed and a prototype is developed. The actual test shows that the indicators meet the dynamic performance requirements.
