摘　　要：网络治疗(network therapy)是目前西方流行的一种基于网络媒介、高度结构化的心理治疗方法,特别适用于军队这种特殊的组织结构和管理模式。本文初步介绍了网络治疗的实施过程,着重分析该方法的特点和优势。作者认为,网络治疗的结构化、易交流(网络媒介)、疗效好、低成本和低耗时等特点,对解决我军目前心理专业人才稀缺与基层官兵对心理服务需求之间的矛盾提供了新的思路。网络治疗或许能够成为基层官兵与心理专家沟通的心灵桥梁。Network therapy is an Internet-based and highly structured psychological treatment which is prevalent in Western countries. Network therapy is particularly suitable to the armed forces thanks to its particular organizational struc- ture and management model. This paper briefly introduced the treatment process and analyzed the characteristics and ad- vantages of the method. It is believed that such advantages as the structured form, convenience, effectiveness, low-cost and low time consumption might lead to a new thinking to resolve the contradiction between the scarcity of psychology professionals and the huge demand for mental health service by officers and soldiers. Network therapy may become a mental bridge between psychologists and ordinary servicemen in the army.
