摘 要:肉毒毒素是目前已知毒性最强的蛋白质,可以引发严重的突发公共卫生事件,也是重要的生物战剂和生物恐怖剂,因此迫切需要研制医学防治药物以应对其威胁。本文概述了国内外在肉毒毒素预防性疫苗和治疗性中和抗体防治药物研发进展,同时分析了肉毒毒素防治药物的新趋势和今后的主要发展方向。Since botulinum neurotoxins (BoNTs) are the most toxic proteins for humans, they pose a threat to public health as important biowarfare and bioterrorist agents. Concern about biological safety on the potential biological warfare use of these neurotoxins has stimulated renewed efforts to generate prophylactic and therapeutic drugs against BoNTs. This pa- per reviews the current progress in research and development of prophylactic vaccines and therapeutic neutralizing antibod- ies against botulinum neurotoxins. Furthermore, new trends of research and development of prophylactic and therapeutic me- dicament against botulinum neurotoxins are analyzed.
