安全鞋测试装置及测试方法的研究

摘　　要：对标准GB/T20991-2007《个体防护装备鞋的测试方法》中的跖骨保护测试方法进行研究,研制出跖骨保护测试装置,进而对该测试方法进行讨论。由于石蜡、蜂蜡均为混合物,将石蜡和蜂蜡混合后形成新的混合物,其组分的不同,使其硬度不同,从而导致测试结果存在不确定性。建议在以后的标准修订中,对蜡模的硬度有所要求,从而确保测试结果的唯一性和可重复性。The test methods for metatarsus protection in GB/T20991-2007 was studied and a test set for metatarsus protection apparatuses was developed and be used in the testing experiments. Meanwhile the influences of the hardness of paraffin wax and bees wax on the test results were evaluated. The results show that the hardness of paraffin wax and bees wax has an significant impact on the testing data. Owing to paraffin wax and bees wax are compounds, the hardness of wax mould changes obviously along with the ratios of paraffin and bees wax. The suggestion is proposed that the hardness of wax mould should be required in the standard revision, so that the test results can be uniqueness and repeatability.
