摘 要:采用模压发泡成型技术以偶氮二甲酰胺(AC)为发泡剂,制备了氯磺化聚乙烯(CSM)发泡材料,通过密度跟踪、线性测量及交联密度的测定等手段,系统研究了后处理工艺对CSM发泡材料的收缩率和力学性能的影响。结果表明:后处理工艺有效降低了发泡材料的收缩率;发泡材料的体积收缩率和线收缩率随处理温度变化明显减小;同时,80℃下,发泡材料的体积收缩率和线收缩率随后处理时间的延长逐渐减小,超过4h后,趋于稳定。后处理工艺在一定程度上提高了发泡材料的力学强度。在后处理时间为2h、处理温度为80℃时,发泡材料密度最小,力学强度最高;80℃下,发泡材料的力学强度随后处理时间的延长逐渐增大。综合考虑材料的收缩性能和力学性能,选择最佳的后处理工艺为80℃、3~4h。The influence of post-curing processes on shrinkage and mechanical properties of chlorosulfonated polyethylene rubber (CSM) foams with foaming agent azodicarbonamide (AC) produced by compression molding technology by means of density tracking, linear measurement and determination of crosslink density were investigated. The results showed that post-curing processes reduce foam shrinkage effectively. The volume shrinkage and linear shrinkage decreased significantly with the change of temperature; meanwhile, at 80℃, the volume shrinkage and linear shrinkage decrease gradually with the extend of treatment time and they change little after 4h. The post-curing processes improved the mechanical properties of CSM foams in some extent. The foams have the lowest density and the highest mechanical strength when the post-curing condition was 80℃, 2h. The mechanical strength of CSM foams increases steadily with the increase of post-curing time at 80℃. Considering the contraction and mechanical properties, the best post-curing processes is 80℃, 3-4h.
