摘 要:目的观察无症状孕妇宫颈分泌物IL-8与自发性早产的关系。方法对720例孕24~28周无症状孕妇宫颈分泌物IL-8进行定量检测(ELISA),针对32例自发性早产选取同期正常足月分娩孕妇32例为对照组。结果早产组及对照组IL-8浓度分别为(1 675.4±610.2)ng/L和(476.7±118.2)ng/L,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);发生于孕32周之前及孕32~36+6周早产的IL-8分别为(1 829.8±937.4)ng/L和(1 549.1±693.5)ng/L,孕32周前的IL-8浓度明显高于孕32~36+6周(P<0.01);取材后4周内和4周以上分娩的IL-8分别为(1 698.6±752.1)ng/L和(1 476.3±700.8)ng/L(P<0.05)。结论宫颈分泌物IL-8浓度与早产关系密切,无症状孕妇在孕24~28周时宫颈分泌物IL-8浓度升高,可以预测早产的发生,尤其针对孕32周之前及4周内的早产,该指标结合当前早产的预测指标fFN和宫颈长度监测,有望提高对早产的预测价值。【Objactive】 To investigate the relationship between concentration of IL-8 in cervix secretions and spontaneous preterm labor.【Methods】 Cervix secretions was obtained from 720 asymptomatic pregnant women in 24~28 gestational ages and the concentrations of IL-8 were determined by ELISA.Preterm labor group and control group were 32 cases,respectively.【Results】 The concentrations of IL-8 in spontaneous preterm labor and control group were(1 675.4±610.2) ng/L and(476.7±118.2) ng/L,respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.01);The IL-8 levels in less than 32 and 32~36+6 gestational ages were(1 829.8±937.4) ng/L and(1 549.1±693.5) ng/L,respectively,the IL-8 levels in less than 32 gestational ages were significant higher than 32 ~36 +6 gestational ages;The preterm labor occurs within 4 weeks and more than 4 weeks were(1 698.6±752.1) ng/L and(1 476.3±700.8) ng/L,respectively,there were significant differences between the two groups(P〈0.05).【Conclusion】 The IL-8 concentrations of cervix secretions has close relationship with preterm labor.The levels of IL-8 in cervix secretions can be used as a protective marker of preterm labor.
