柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引治疗颈性眩晕20例的TCD观察

摘　　要：目的观察柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引治疗颈性眩晕的TCD疗效。方法选择40例颈性眩晕患者,采用区组随机化方法及异体配对设计,分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组予柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引治疗,对照组予盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊配合颈椎牵引治疗,治疗4周进行疗效评估,两组治疗前后均对患者进行TCD检查。结果治疗组治疗后VA及BA的Vm与治疗前比较均明显提高(P<0.01),PI明显降低((P<0.01),对照组治疗后VA及BA的Vm与治疗前比较也有提高(P<0.05),PI降低(P<0.05);2组治疗后比较,治疗组的VA及BA的Vm均高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组的VA及BA的PI均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论柴胡龙骨牡蛎汤配合颈椎牵引对颈性眩晕有较好的治疗效果。【Objective】To observe the ChaihujiaLonggumuli Decoction combined with in the treatment of cervical vertigo（CV） by TCD.【Methods】40 Patients with CV,using blocked randomization method and homologous pairing design,divided into therapy group and control group,20 cases in each group.Therapy group was given ChaihujiaLonggumuli Decoction combined with cervical traction therapy;the control group received Flunarizine Capsules combined with cervical traction therapy,treatment for 4 weeks for efficacy assessment,before and after treatment in two groups of patients was examined by TCD.【Results】the therapy group after treatment,Vm in VA and BA compared with before treatment were significantly improved（P〈0.01）,PI decreased significantly（P〈0.01）,the control group after treatment of Vm in VA and BA compared with before treatment also increased（P〈0.05）,PI decreased（P〈0.05）;2 group therapy group after treatment,Vm in VA and BA were higher than those in control group（P〈0.05）,the therapy group PI in VA and BA were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）.【Conclusion】ChaihujiaLonggumuli Decoction combined with cervical traction on CV has better therapeutic effect.
