摘 要:采用自由配体法制备了Y型分子筛固载席夫碱金属配合物(CuSalpn)和四氢席夫碱金属配合物(Cu[H4]Salpn),并通过FT-IR光谱对所制备的催化剂进行了表征。催化剂样品Cu[H4]Salpn/Y在环己烷氧化反应中较CuSalpn/Y表现出更高的催化活性。反应条件(包括溶剂、催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间)对催化性能有较大影响。研究结果还表明,Cu[H4]Salpn/Y对其它环烷烃氧化也具有较高催化活性。Copper complex (CuSalpn) and tetrahydro-Schiff base copper complexes (Cu[H4]Salpn) were encapsulated in the supercages of zeolite Y by the flexible ligand method. The encapsulated sample Cu[H4 ] Salpn/Y was characterized by FT-IR. The prepared catalysts Cu [H4 ] Salpn/Y showed much higher conversion in the oxidation of cyclohexane than CuSalpn/Y. The catalytic performance of Cu[H4]Salpn/Y is affected significantly by the reaction conditions which include the solvent, the amount of the catalyst, the reaction temperature and the reaction time. Moreover, Cu[H4]Salpn/Y is also catalytically active for the oxidation of a variety of other cycloalkanes.
