订单渔户履约决策影响因素判别及其作用机理

摘　　要：论文在构建订单渔户履约决策模型的基础上,对订单渔户的履约率进行了边际分析。研究发现,订单渔户履约决策选择是订单水产品市场售价、水产品订单自治机制、外在制度约束效力、渔户违约社会资本折损程度及其履约交易费用综合作用的结果。在其他因素相对不变的条件下,订单水产品市价、渔户订单交易费用分别与订单渔户履约率成反向关系,订单违约罚金、外在制度约束、渔户违约社会成本则分别与订单渔户履约率成正向关系。This paper makes marginal analysis of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment rate which is based on the model of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment decision-making. It is found that the choice of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment decision-making depends on the market price of contract aquatic product, the contract autonomous mechanism of aquatic product, the external institution restraint efficacy, the wreck degree of the default fishery households＇ social capital and the transaction cost of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment. All other factors fixed, the market price of contract aquatic product and the transaction cost of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment influence the rate of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment negatively while the other three variables influence the rate of contract fishery households＇ fulfillment positively.
