摘　　要：发展县域循环经济是我国促进县域经济科学发展、减少能源消耗和加强环境保护的战略性举措。论文分析了县域循环经济的内涵和运行特征,提出了循环经济发展的基本路径,在剖析当前县域循环经济运行机制存在问题的基础上,提出要通过理念创新、技术创新、管理创新、调控方式创新以及激励机制创新,构造县域循环经济良好的运行机制。The scientific development of county circular economy is about strategic initiatives in our country for reduction of energy consumption and environment protection. While analyzing the connotation and the operational characteristics of the circular county economy, the article puts forward suggestions for the basic development path of the county circular economy. In the analysis of deficiencies of the current mechanism, the author raises the conception of concept innovation, technological innovation, management innovation, and incentive mechanism innovation to formulate a good mechanism for the development of county circular economy.
