摘　　要：以1-芳基-2-羟基乙基-1酮和(2-溴甲基)三苯基溴化膦为原料,甲苯为溶剂,碱性条件下,加热至110℃,通过SN2反应和Witting反应,一步关环合成3-芳基-2,5-二氢呋喃环。所有目标化合物都通过核磁共振谱和质谱对其结构进行了确证。using 1 - argio - 2 - hydroxyethanone and bromo （2 - bromoethyl） triphenylphosphorane as starting material, toluene as the solvent, and heating to 10℃ under alkaline conditions, through the SN2 reaction and Witting reaction,the synthesis of 3 -aryl -2,5 - dihydrofurans was reported. All target compounds by nuclear mag-netic resonance spectroscopy and mass spectrometry were determined.
