摘　　要：兔肝GSH-px纯化包括:硫酸铵沉淀、亲和层析和DEAE-Sephadex A-25层析。在最后一步中GSH-px被纯化均一。纯化倍数340,比活102,回收率33.7%,SDS-PAGE表明为单一区带。亚基分子量为19842u。Glutathiorte peroxidase has been purified to homogeneity from rabbit liver, The purfication involved ammonium sulfate precipitation, affinity chromatography. In the last step, the enzyme was purified to 340 fold, specific activity (U/mg) 102 with a yield of 33.7%. SDS-PAGE of the subunit of the enzyme showed a single band with a molecular weight of 19 842 U. The molecular weight of the enzyme was 79 368 U.
