摘　　要：介绍了智能电网发展技术背景下平台化继电保护装置的特点,分析了继电保护状态监测的技术特征和远程维护的关键技术,提出紧水滩水电厂发电机继电保护状态监测的设计思路及远程监测模式,并阐述水电厂现场实际应用案例的特点。This paper outlines the features of platform-based relay protection devices in the context of smart grid technology development,and analyzes the technical characteristics of relay protection condition monitoring and the key technology of remote maintenance.Then the design concept of generator relay protection condition monitoring and the mode of remote maintenance are proposed for Jinshuitan Hydraulic Power Plant.Finally,the on-site application cases there were characterized briefly.
