摘 要:采用紫外可见分光光度法测定木质素磺酸钠在CaCO3表面的吸附量,分析不同粒径的CaCO3在不同浓度木质素磺酸钠溶液中的吸附行为。结果表明:当CaCO3粒径在25~80μm之间、吸附时间为5~60min时,吸附量和吸附率随CaCO3粒径增大而减小,随吸附时间的延长而增大;木质素磺酸钠浓度在0.1~0.4g/L之间时,吸附量随木质素磺酸钠浓度的增大而增大,吸附率随木质素磺酸钠浓度的增大而减小;等温吸附线形状为L型,且基本满足Langmuir等温吸附方程,饱和吸附量为2.165mg/g。The amount of sodium lignosulphonate absorbed on the surface of CaCO3 particles was determined by Ultraviolet-Visible Spectrophotometry.The adsorptive behaviors of different concentrations of sodium lignosulphonate solutions on various diameters CaCO3 particle were analyzed.The results showed that adsorption capacity and rate decreased with increasing particle sizes which varied from 25 μm to 80 μm and increased with time which varied from 5 to 60 minutes,adsorption capacity increased with increasing concentrations of sodium lignosulphonate which varied from 0.1 g/L to 0.4 g/L,while adsorption rate deceased,the shape of adsorption isotherms was similar to the letter L,and the adsorptive behaviors of sodium lignosulphonate on CaCO3 particles whose sizes varied from 38 μm to 80 μm could basically fit Langmuir isothermal adsorption equation when experiment temperature was 25 ℃,and saturated adsorption capacity was 2.165 mg/g.
