摘 要:采用动态剪切流变仪、弯曲梁流变仪,对SK70#、Shell70#、SBS改性沥青、TPS高粘改性沥青以及自主研制高粘改性沥青的高温、中温以及低温动态力学性能进行对比研究,分析了复数剪切模量、相位角、车辙因子、零剪切粘度、蠕变劲度和速率、疲劳因子以及损失正切值的变化。结果表明:5种沥青的复数剪切模量、车辙因子均随温度的升高而减小,自主研制高粘改性沥青减小得最慢;3种改性沥青的60℃动力粘度远大于其零剪切粘度,且自主研制高粘改性沥青的零剪切粘度大于20 000Pa.s;3种改性沥青的PG低温分级均为PG-28,但自主研制高粘改性沥青的蠕变劲度最小、蠕变速率最大;各沥青的疲劳因子随着温度的降低显著增大,自主研制高粘改性沥青的增幅最小,直到6℃时才发生疲劳破坏。综合各指标来看,自主研制高粘沥青表现出较好的动态力学性能。The high temperature,middle temperature and low temperature dynamic mechanical properties of SK70#,Shell70#,SBS modified asphalt,TPS high viscosity modified asphalt and self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt were researched comparatively with Dynamic Shear Rheometer(DSR) and Bending Beam Rheometer(BBR).The variation of complex shear modulus,phase angle,rutting factor,zero shear-rate viscosity,creep stiffness,creep rate,fatigue factor and loss factor were analyzed.The results indicated that the complex shear modulus and rutting factors of the five asphalts decrease as the temperature increases,and the falling level of the self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt is a lot lower.The 60 ℃ dynamic viscosity of the three modified asphalts are much greater than the zero shear-rate viscosity.The zero shear-rate viscosity of self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt is greater than 20 000 Pa·s.The low temperature PG grade of the three modified asphalts are all PG-28.Compared with the other two modified asphalts,self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt has the smallest creep stiffness and biggest creep rate.The fatigue factors of the five asphalts rise significantly as the temperature decreases.The self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt has the smallest increase,and it was not until 6 ℃ that the fatigue failure happened.Synthesizing all the indicators,self-developed high viscosity modified asphalt shows excellent dynamic mechanical properties.
