摘 要:复合材料梁的准确动力学建模是后续振动响应分析和结构优化设计的基础。针对管状复合材料梁提出一种复合梁单元的有限元建模新方法。利用圆柱坐标系下管状梁的本构关系,采用复合梁单元建立系统的无阻尼有限元模型;利用模态实验结果辨识阻尼参数,得到系统的有阻尼振动模型。以某变压器中的连线杆为例进行仿真建模和模态分析,所建振动模型的模态频率和频率响应均与实验结果吻合较好,证明了所提建模方法的正确性和有效性。The accurate dynamic model of composite beam is fundamental to subsequent vibration response analysis and structural optimization.A new finite element method by using composite beam element is presented for modeling of tubular composite beams.With constitutive relation of tubular beam in cylindrical coordinates,an undamped finite element model is established by using composite beam element.Damping coefficients are identified by using modal experimental results to acquire the damped vibration model.The connection rod used in a transformer is taken as case study to carry out the modeling and modal analysis.Modal frequencies and frequency responses solved by using the simulation model match well with experimental results,which verifies the correctness and effectiveness of the presented method.
