摘　　要：概述了现代大型烧结机台车间漏料的特征及其危害性,结合台车的具体结构及实际安装情况,对台车间漏料的原因进行了分析。在此基础上,提出了从烧结铺底料、台车隔热垫及台车本体入手,解决烧结机台车间漏料的方法。In this article, characteristics and damage of material leakage between pallet gaps of modern and large-scale sinter machines were overviewed. In combination with the specific structure and actual installation of pallet car, the causes of material leakage were analyzed. Based on this, several countermeasures for material leakage were proposed according to hearth layer material,pallet heat insulating spacer and sintering pallet.
