摘　　要：针对龙钢嘉惠公司球团公司19m2竖炉实际生产中遇到的问题,在充分分析和考量的基础上,对烘干床及小水梁、导风墙及大水梁以及电振卸料器等关键设备进行了大修改造,同时根据设备更新情况对工艺参数进行了调整。改造后近一年来,竖炉运行良好,各项经济技术指标得到改善,特别是球团矿产量提高,满足了炼铁生产的需要,取得了显著效果。In view of the problems existing in 19m^2 shaft furnace production of Longgang Jiahui Pelletizing Company, based on full analysis and investigation, the major repair and reconstruction were made for such key equipment as drying bed and small water-cooled beam, air distributing baffle wall and electro-vibrating discharger etc., and at the same time the process parameters were adjusted according to the equipment renewal condition. The shaft furnace has been in good operation over last year after reconstruction and all economic and technical indexes have been greatly improved, especially the pellet quality improves and yield rises, the needs of iron-making production were satisfied and remarkable effect has been obtained.
