摘 要:昆明系雌性小鼠尾静脉注射硫酸黏杆菌素7.5mg/kg体重.12h,对照组注射生理盐水,连续7d,分别于给药后1,3,7,15d观察小鼠的步态、体重、坐骨-胫神经的电生理指标变化,探究硫酸黏杆菌素中毒小鼠坐骨-胫神经动作电位时间-效应关系及敏感性指标。结果显示,黏杆菌素给药后1,3,7,15d与对照相比,坐骨-胫神经动作电位各指标随各时间点发生变化,阈值(TP)增加,分别为59.8%,60.5%,192.5%(P<0.01),70.1%;最大刺激强度(MI)增加,分别为3.63%,12.7%,100%(P<0.05),29.1%;时程(CAPD)增加,分别为15.1%,11.5%,52.8%(P<0.05),20.6%;潜伏期(CAPL)增加,分别为9.0%,9.0%,14.6%(P<0.05),11.2%;波幅(CAPA)降低,分别为0.92%、16.2%、47.6%(P<0.01)、38.8%(P<0.05);传导速率(NCV)减低,分别为7.6%,7.5%,12.7%(P<0.05),9.3%;给药后在第1天出现重复性动作电位。结果证实,硫酸黏杆菌素中毒后,小鼠坐骨-胫神经电生理改变存在时效性变化,CAPA较为敏感。To investigate the time-dependent electrophysiological changes and electrophysiological sensitive pa- rameters of the sciatictibial nerves of mice treated with colistin sulfate. Colistin sulfate (7. 5 mg/kg/12 h) was administered intravenously to female mice for 7 days and the control groups received normal saline. The gait was observed and electrophysiological parameters of mice sciatic-tibial nerves were determined o d 0 1, 3, 7 and 15. The results showed that, compared with the control, on d 1, 3 ,7 and 15, the threshold intensities (TP) were in- creased by 59.8%, 60.5%, 192.5% (P〈0.01) and 70. 1%, respectively; the maximal intensities (MI) were in- creased by 3.63%, 12.7%, 100% (P〈0.05) and 29.1 %, respectively; the compound action potential durations (CAPD) were increased by 15.1%, 11.5%, 52.8% (P〈0.05) and 20. 6%, respectively; the latencies of com- pound action potential(CAPL) were prolonged by 9.0%, 9.0%, 14. 6% (P〈0. 05) and 11.2%, respectively; the compound action potential amplitudes (CAPA) decreased 0.92%, 16.2%, 47.6%(P%0.01) and 38. 8% (P 〈0.05), respectively; and the conduction velocities (NCV) decreased by 7.6%, 7.5%, 12.7% (P〈0.05) and 9.3 %, respectively. Repetitive CAP was found only on day 1. These results confirmed that the electrophysiological changes of the sciatictibial nerves in mice treated with colistin sulfate were in a time-dependent manner. CAPA were more sensitive than others.
