价值工程理论在海洋工程项目采办中的应用

摘　　要：在海洋工程项目实施过程中,应用价值工程理论探讨以对象的最低寿命周期成本实现使用者所需功能,以获取最佳的综合效益。运用功能分析的方法、概略评价、详细评价,充分考虑产品寿命周期成本,合理选择资源,在某海洋平台基座吊机采购项目中,运用该方法节约了大量的工程费用。In the marine engineering,the cost should be controlled from the beginning of the project.The theory of value engineering was introduced,and the concept of life cycle costing was applied in the period of the engineering implementation.The lowest cost in the whole life cycle can be achieved.So the best overall benefit is implemented.One example was presented.Using this theory,the cost of the crane on the platform was deduced obviously.
