冠心病患者血浆IL-12和IL-27与左心室射血分数的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨冠心病患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-12和IL-27水平的变化与左心室射血分数(LVEF)的关系。方法:连续入选稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组(43例)、不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组(62例)和急性心肌梗死(AMI)组(56例),同期冠状动脉造影正常的47例患者为对照组。采用夹心酶联免疫法(ELISA)测定血浆IL-12和IL-27浓度,采用二维改良Simpson′s法测量LVEF。结果:与对照组和SAP组相比,UAP组和AMI组血浆IL-12和IL-27水平显著升高;与对照组相比,冠心病各组患者LVEF显著降低。冠心病患者IL-27水平与LVEF呈负相关。结论:冠心病患者血浆IL-12和IL-27升高,IL-27水平与LVEF呈负相关。Objective：To evaluate the relationship of plasma IL-12,IL-27 and left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF） in coronary artery diseases（CAD）. Method：Peripheral blood was collected from stable angina pectoris（SAP） group（43 cases）,unstable angina pectoris（UAP） group（62 cases）,acute myocardial infarction（AMI） group（56 cases） and control group（48 cases with normal coronary angiography）.The levels of plasma IL-12,IL-27 were measured by ELISA,and LVEF was quantified by the Biplane Simpson′s method in 2-dimensionnal echocardiography. Result：The levels of IL-12 and IL-27 in UAP group and AMI group were significantly higher than those in control group and SAP group.LVEF was lower in CAD groups than control group.IL-27 levels were negatively correlation with LVEF in patients with CAD. Conclusion：Plasma IL-12 and IL-27 levels increase in patients with CAD.IL-27 is related to LVEF in CAD.
