摘 要:目的:通过检测冠心病(CHD)患者血浆白细胞介素(IL)-37水平变化,探讨IL-37与CHD发生的可能关系。方法:经冠状动脉(冠脉)造影证实的CHD患者90例,其中急性冠脉综合征(ACS)组60例,稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组30例;另选取35例造影正常者作为对照组。采用ELISA法检测血浆IL-37水平,流式细胞术检测外周血CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞(Tregs)比例。结果:①与对照组比较,ACS组及SAP组血浆IL-37水平均显著下降(均P<0.05),ACS组血浆IL-37水平低于SAP组(P<0.05);②与对照组比较,ACS组及SAP组外周血Tregs比例均显著降低(均P<0.01),ACS组外周血Tregs比例与SAP组差异无统计学意义;③血浆IL-37水平与Tregs比例呈正相关性(r=0.564,P<0.01),与C反应蛋白、TC及LDL-C水平呈负相关性(r分别为-0.431、-0.327与-0.653,均P<0.05),与TG、HDL-C及空腹血糖无明显相关性。结论:CHD患者血脂异常可能与IL-37水平下降有关,IL-37在动脉粥样硬化炎症反应中的作用和机制可能与Tregs有关。Objective:To observe the plasma level of interleukin(IL)-37 in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD) and explore the correlation between IL-37 and CHD. Method:A total of 90 CHD patients conformed by coronary angiography was divided into acute coronary syndrome(ACS) group(n=60) and stable angina pectoris(SAP) group(n=30),another 35 subjects with normal angiography results were selected as control group.Biochemical analysis was taken routinely.The level of plasma IL-37 was measured by ELISA and the frequency of CD4+CD25+ regulatory T cells(Tregs) was detected by flow cytometry. Result:①Compared with control group,the level of plasma IL-37 was significantly decreased in ACS and SAP group(both P0.05).The level of plasma IL-37 in ACS group was lower than that in SAP group(P0.05).②Compared with control group,the frequency of Tregs was significantly decreased in ACS and SAP group(both P0.05).However,there was no significant difference between ACS and SAP group.③The level of plasma IL-37 was positively correlated with the frequency of Tregs(r=0.564,P0.01),and was negatively correlated with CRP,TC and LDL-C(r=-0.431,-0.327,-0.653,all P0.05).Moreover,there was no correlation between plasma IL-37 and TG,HDL-C and FBG. Conclusion:Hyperlipoidemia may be contributed to the decreased level of plasma IL-37 in CHD patients,and the role of plasma IL-37 in atherosclerosis possibly related to the decreased frequency of Tregs.
