摘　　要：组胺是变应性鼻炎等过敏性炎症反应中重要的炎症递质，而抗组胺药物是治疗过敏性疾病主要的药物之一。人类对组胺的研究已走过了百年历程，而H1抗组胺药问世已有70年。While histamine plays an important role in the pathogenesis of allergic diseases, such as allergic rhinitis, HI-antihistamines, which have been using in the treatment of allergic diseases for more than 70 years, are considered as the cornerstone of the medication of allergic diseases. In this review, we discuss the history of histamine studies and anti--histamine discovery, the histamine receptors, as well as the mechanisms＇and the safety of HI-antihistamines.
