摘 要:目的探讨广西巴马地区壮族人群口腔黏膜细胞端粒的长度及其意义。方法应用实时荧光定量PCR方法测定广西巴马地区壮族长寿老人口腔黏膜细胞的相对端粒长度(RTL),并与子女组及对照组比较。结果 (1)子女组65~年龄段的RTL长于对照组(P=0.026),说明RTL在长寿群体中有特殊的维持机制。(2)RTL与年龄呈负相关,年龄越大,RTL越短。(3)长寿组、子女组各年龄段RTL无性别差异,对照组65~年龄段男性的RTL长于女性(P=0.006)。结论巴马地区壮族人群口腔细胞的RTL在长寿群体中有一定的遗传倾向,RTL随年龄的增大而缩短。Objective To explore the telomere length (TL) and its possible implications of buccal cells from Zhuang population re- siding in Guangxi Bama area. Methods Relative TL (RTL) of buccal cells were determined by real-time PCR for Bama longevity popula-tion and were compared with those of their first-offspring population, and with offspring-matched controls without a family history of unusual longevity. All participants were Zhuang ethnically. Results TL in older persons (65 - years of age) of offspring was longer than that of con- trol (P = 0. 026), suggesting that families with exceptional longevity had superior TL maintenance. An inverse relationship was found be- tween the buccal RTL and age in all cohorts studied. RTL shortened with increasing age. There was no difference between male and female in all age RTL. RTL of male was longer than that of female in older control (65 - years of age) (P = 0. 006). Conclusions RTL of long-lived population has a tendency of inheritance in Bama Zhuang populations. TL shortens with increasing age.
