摘 要:目的研究丹参酮ⅡA对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清白介素(IL)-1β和IL-1受体拮抗剂(IL-1Ra)的影响,。方法选取38例COPD患者随机分为丹参酮ⅡA组和对照组,检测和比较治疗前后患者血清IL-1β、IL-1Ra并计算IL-1β/IL-1Ra比值。结果两组患者IL-1β水平在治疗后均有明显下降(P<0.05),但组间比较无差异(P>0.05);治疗后IL-1Ra水平在丹参酮ⅡA组明显升高(P<0.05),在对照组无差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组IL-1β/IL-1Ra比值均有明显下降(P<0.05),且丹参酮ⅡA组下降更明显(P<0.05)。结论丹参酮ⅡA治疗COPD患者的抗炎症效应不是通过抑制前炎症细胞因子IL-1β直接起作用的,而是通过升高抗炎症细胞因子IL-1Ra的含量间接发挥作用。Objective To investigate the effects of Tanshinone Ⅱ A on serum IL-1 β and IL-1Ra, and reveal the portion anti-inflam-matory, mechanisms in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD). Methods 38 patients with COPD were divided into Tanshinone IIA and control groups, and then serum IL-1β, IL-1Ra were tested and compared by ELISA. Results IL-1β levels in two groups were all significantly decreased after treatment (P〈 0. 05 ), but there was no difference between the two groups (P 〉 0. 05 ). IL-1Ra level was significantly increased in Tanshinone Ⅱ A group (P 〈 0. 05 ) , but there was no difference in control group. IL-1 β/IL-1Ra ratio were all significantly decreased in the two groups ( P 〈 0.05 ) and was more obviously in tanshinone Ⅱ A group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusions The anti-inflammatory effects of Tanshinone Ⅱ A in COPD patients are not directly by inhibiting preinflammatory cytokine IL-1β, but indirect-lv bv increasing anti-inflammatory cytokine IL-1Ra.
