摘  要:【摘要】目的探讨皮肤软组织早期连续快速扩张法对于扩张囊外纤维包膜形成的影响。方法选用2组20只新西兰大白兔构建纤维包膜动物模型,头部皮下埋植皮肤软组织扩张器,分组进行早期连续快速扩张(实验组)及常规扩张(对照组),扩张完成后取材进行HE、Masson染色,免疫组织化学方法测定α—SMA。结果共埋置扩张器20个,组织学观察发现实验组纤维包膜厚度、胶原组织及α-SMA含量较对照组明显减少,实验组与对照组结果差异具有显著的统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论早期开始连续快速扩张,可以明显减少扩张器囊外纤维包膜,是一种值得推荐的皮肤软组织扩张方法。Abstract: Objective To study the influence of early rapid tissue expansion on fibrous capsules around expanders, Methods By separating 20 New Zealand rabbits into 2 groups (Test and Control group ) randomly and putting expanders into subcutaneous pockets of head, we were to establish the animal model of fibrous cap- sules. We treated the 2 groups with different methods and took specimens according to the time table. By using HE, Masson coloration and immunohistological method to mensurate α-SMA, we were to observe the effect to the fibrous capsules with different methods. Results The histological research found that early rapid expand method can decrease the content of collagen and α-SMA in fibrous capsules around the implants. Conclusion The pro- cedure of early rapid tissue expansion is an ideal method which can decrease the formation of fibrous capsules.
