摘 要:研究了白芍水煎剂的促干扰素诱生及抗病毒作用,并在抗病毒方面,将白芍水煎剂和白芍总甙作了比较。结果表明:白芍水煎剂10g/L在试管内无直接诱生干扰素作用,可促进NDV诱生IFNα,其最适浓度为1g/L,可促进ConA诱生IFNγ,当ConA为亚适剂量时,其最适浓度为5~10g/L,当ConA为最适剂量时,其最适浓度为2.5~10g/L,皆可提高干扰素效价1~2倍。白芍水煎剂比白芍总甙具有直接抗VSV作用,所试最小剂量的白芍水煎剂(1.25g/L)能使VSV下降1.9个对数值,最适浓度(5g/L)时,能使VSV效价下降5.22个对数值。Interferon(IFN) induction and antiviral activity of Water Extract of Paeony(WEP) ware studied. The results showed that WEP(10g/L) could not induce any IFNs directly in vitro, but it could help NDV or ConA to induce IFN indirectly. The addition of WEP to Cord blood pretreated with NDV could increase the titer of IFNα 1~2 times as compared with controls The optimum concentration of WEP used in our procedure was found to be 1g/L. WEP could also help ConA to induce IFNγ. The optimum concentration of WEP was found to be 5~10g/L when ConA was used at suboptimum dose. When ConA used at optimum dose, the optimum concentration of WEP was found to be 2.5~10g/L. It could increase IFNγ titer 1~2 times. Another results indicated that minimum dose of WEP (1.25g/L) could decrease 1.9 logarithmic values of VSV titer. The optimum dose of WEP(5g/L) could decrease 5.22 logarithmic values of VSV titer.
