银中杨扦插育苗技术研究

摘　　要：银中杨是黑龙江省防护林研究所以银白杨为母本 ,中东杨为父本 ,经 2 0多年的栽培选择的优良人工杂交树种。属白杨派与黑杨派派间杂种 ,雄性无性系。是用材林、防护林、城乡绿化的优质杨树良种。目前推广到东北、西北及华北 10多个省区 ,面积达 1.51× 10 4 hm2。本文针对推广中育苗较难现象 ,总结了银中杨育苗技术经验。阐明了银中杨的生根机理、影响生根的内外在因子 ,为银中杨育苗生产、推广应用提供科学依据。采用 ABT生根粉 (10 0× 10 -6)和萘乙酸 (10 0× 10 -6)等药物处理 ,控制扦插时间 ,覆盖塑料薄膜等技术 ,是提高银中杨扦插成活率的有效措施。Populus alba ×berolinensis, an excellent cross-breeding species, was a male clone selected from the cross-breeding combination that female mother is Populus alba and male mother is Populus berolinensis by Protection Plantation Institute of Heilongjiang Province in 20 years. It’s a good species for timber plantation, protection plantation and urban forest. At present, it has been popularized to more than ten provinces in Northeast, Northwest and North China. The total cultural area is 1.51×10 4 hm 2. Experience of nursery management was summarized so as to overcome the difficulty of propagation. The mechanism of cutting rooting and inner and outer factors which affected root differentiation were illustrated in the paper. These researches provided scientific foundation for propagation and popularization of the species. To treat cuttings with ABT (100×10 -6 ) and NAA(100×10 -6 ), control cuttage time and cover with plastic film are all effective measures for improving cuttage survival rate of the species.
