安徽桐城围产儿死因的病理分折

摘　　要：对安徽桐城县医院围产儿出生缺陷监测进行分析。对死亡的围产儿作尸体解剖,尸检率77.61%。围产儿死亡率61.07‰,其死因依次为:围产期缺氧42.30%;肺部病变25.00%;颅内出血19.23%;致死畸形5.77%;其他7.70%。对颅内损伤性出血的诊断予以讨论。The birth defects monitoring data in Anhui Tongcheng Hospital from May. 1988 to Mar. 1989 were studied. The perinatal deathes were done autopsy. The perinatal mortality were 61.07‰ (67/1097). The mortality of autopsy were 77.6% (52/67). The causes of perinatal death: perinatal hypoxia were 42.30% (22/52); lesions of lung 25.00% (13/52); intracranial bleeding 19.23% (10/52); thanatophoric malformation 5.77%(3/52) and other 7.70%. Diagnosis of bleeding from intracranial injury were discussed.
