摘  要:目的研究水下训练服的通风散热特性。方法采用环形夹层的混合对流传热模型,夹层两侧分别为等温壁面和对流条件,建立水下训练服通风散热计算模型。同时利用现有水下训练服,以暖体假人模拟人体代谢产热,开展水下训练服通风性能实验,验证计算模型的正确性。结果理论计算值与实验数据一致,水下训练服的通风散热量在30~60 W范围内,上下肢及躯干散热量比为4∶3∶13。结论本文建立的计算模型正确,可以应用于水下训练服通风换热系统的设计计算与分析。Objective To investigate the characteristics of ventilation and heat removal in underwater training spacesuit. Methods A model of mixed free and forced convection heat transfer in annular channel was adopt- ed. The inner and outer walls of the annular channel were constant temperature wall and in convection condi- tion respectively. Then underwater experiment using the existing underwater training spacesuit and a thermal dummy to simulate metabolic heat production was conducted to verify the mathematical model. Results The re- sults from mathematical model calcualtion was in accordance with the experimental results. The heat removed by ventilation from the suit was between 30 ~ 60 W, and the ratio of heat removed from the arms, the legs and the torso was 4: 3: 13. Conclusion The proposed mathematical model is valid and carl be applied to the design and analysis of the ventilation system of the underwater training suit.
