摘　　要：通过分析江苏省水土流失现状及其影响因素,并结合江苏省的实际情况和区域特点,提出了水土流失易发区划分应遵循与当地的社会经济发展程度、当地人民群众对生态环境的要求程度、当地的区域特殊因子和当地生产建设项目的建设密度、频率相关联的划分原则,建立了由1个目标层、3个准则层和14个指标构成的水土流失易发区划分指标体系,旨在为之后的具体划分工作提供技术支持。The paper put forward the zoning principles of related to local social and economic development level,related to requirement degree on ecological environment of local people,related to special factors of local area and related to density and frequency of the local production and construction project that should be followed in erosion-prone region zoning.It established an index system of erosion-prone region zoning including 1 objective layer,3 standard layers and 14 indexes,laying the foundation for the future specific division,through analysis on present status and affecting factors of soil and water loss of Jiangsu Province and combing with actual situation and regional characteristics of Jiangsu Province.
