摘  要:介绍了自行研制的螺杆组合结构,考察了不同螺杆组合对废旧轮胎胶粉制备再生胶工艺的影响。结果表明,螺杆组合对于用废旧轮胎胶粉脱硫制备的再生胶力学性能的影响很大。相对于主喂比(喂料螺杆与主螺杆转速之比)而言,螺杆的转速和温度对废旧轮胎胶粉的脱硫效果及再生胶力学性能的影响程度较高。在采用螺杆组合Ⅱ制备再生胶时,若将螺杆转速设为100 r/min、主喂比设为1.4、温度设为190℃(Ⅰ区)/180℃(Ⅱ区)/160℃(Ⅲ区),则废旧轮胎胶粉的凝胶质量分数由脱硫前的86.32%降至77.56%,交联密度由14.86×10-5 mol/cm3降至5.38×10-5 mol/cm3;此时获得的再生胶的力学性能最好,拉伸强度达到14.4 MPa,扯断伸长率约为446%。The configurations of self-designed screw assemblies were presented, and the effects of screw assemblies on recycling process of waste tire rubber powder were investigated. The results showed that screw assembly had enormous influences on the mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber. Com- pared with the ratio of feeding speed to screw speed, both screw speed and temperature had greater impact on the desulfurization of waste tire rubber powder and the mechanical properties of reclaimed rubber. For screw assembly Ⅱ, when screw speed was 100 r/min, the ratio of feeding speed to screw speedwas 1.4, and temperature was 190 ℃(zone Ⅰ )/ 180℃(zone Ⅱ)/160 ℃ (zoneⅢ), the gel mass fraction of waste tire rubber decreased from 86.32% to 77.56%, while the crosslink density dropped from 14.86 × 10^-5 mol/cm3 to 5.38 × 10^-5 mol/cm^3. In those case, the mechanical prop- erties of reclaimed rubber reached the highest value (14.4 MPa tensile strength, 446% elongation at break).
