摘  要:物流工程创新实践型人才培养体系建设的关键在于加强学生主动观察、思考、发现问题能力,提高学习的主动性和创造性;具体以培养学生的"五项能力",即以培养综合能力、设计开发能力、前瞻能力、实践能力和科研能力为导向。该体系构建包含教学体系、实践创新体系和自主科研体系,以能力结构为基础,进行人才培养体系建设;通过能力结构分解及需求要素分析,可明确人才培养的要素、方法和资源,让现有教学资源达到合理配置,减少课程的重复和冗余,使物流工程创新型人才培养过程更具有针对性和高效率。Logistics engineering innovation and practice education system construction lies in strengthening students" initiative to observe, to think, found that the problem ability, improve the learning initiative and creativity; specific to cultivate students" "five ability", namely, to cultivate comprehensive ability, the design development ability, the foresight ability, practice ability and scien- tific: research ability as the guidance. In this cuhivation system construction, including teaching system, practical innovation systeun and independent scientific research system three system; through the ability structure of the decomposition and demand factor analysis can clear the elements of talent training, the method and the resources, make the existing teaching resources to achiewe reasonable c;onfiguration, reduce the course of repetition and redundancy, make logistics engineering innovative personnel training process is more pertinence and efficiency.
