蛋清与贝复济治疗急性放射性湿性皮炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的:比较蛋清与贝复济(重组牛碱性成纤维细胞生长因子,rb-bFGF)治疗急性放射性湿性皮炎的效果。方法:将40例放射性湿性皮炎患者分成蛋清治疗组(20例)和贝复济治疗组(20例),观察两组创面愈合时间及治疗效果。结果:两组创面愈合时间和疗效比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:用蛋清治疗急性放射性湿性皮炎临床疗效较好,与贝复济相似,值得临床推广使用。To compare the clinical efficacy in acute radiation-induced moist dermatitis with egg whites and recombinant bovine basic fibroblast growth factor （rb-bFGF）. Methods： Forty cases of radiation-induced moist dermatitis were divided into two groups ,egg whites group （n=20） and rb-bFGF group （n=20）. To observe the wound healing time and clinical efficacy. Results：Two groups of wound healing time and efficacy had no significant difference （P〉0.05）. Conclusion ：The clinical efficacy of the theatment of acute radiation-induced moist dermatitis with the egg whites is as good as rb-bFGF. It is worthy of clinical use.
