摘  要:分析了变频电机在转子故障时,逆变器直流侧电流中产生故障特征信号的特性,提出了一种基于MUSIC算法的转子故障在线检测和诊断方法。结果表明,在短数据情况下,相对FFT技术,该方法频率分辨率更高,故障检测更为准确,且计算量小,有利于电机故障的在线检测,实验证明该方法简单有效。When the variable frequency motor rotor fails, the fault feature signal characteristics are showed in the inverter DC side current, then on-line detection and diagnosis way of rotor faults in variable frequency motor based on the MUSIC algorithm is presented. In the case of short data, comparing with FFT analysis method, it is higher in resolution of frequency, more accurate in fault detection and less in computational complexity, which is useful in realtime monitoring. Experimental results show that the method is simple and effective.
