氨氯地平对老年高血压患者中心动脉压监测指标的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究氨氯地平对老年高血压患者中心动脉压(CAP)监测指标的影响。方法选择我院2010年3月—2012年1月的126例老年高血压患者,按照患者的自愿原则,将患者分为治疗组与对照组,各63例,治疗组给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片5.0mg,1次/d;对照组给予厄贝沙坦片150mg,1次/d。12周为1个疗程,1个疗程结束后分别测定两组患者的中心动脉压(CAP)、外周血压和踝臂脉搏波速度(baPWV)。结果治疗前两组患者外周血压、CAP及baPWV比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后两组患者CAP和baPWV比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);外周血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论苯磺酸氨氯地平可以降低患者的CAP,改善动脉的僵硬度,对心血管事件的发生起到更为有效的作用。Objective To study the influencing factors for amlodipine in elderly hypertensive patients with central arterial pressure（CAP） monitoring.Methods 126 cases of elderly patients with hypertension from March 2010 to January 2012 were chosen.According to the patient′s voluntary principle,patients were divided into the treatment group and the control group,and 63 cases in each treatment group.The control group was received with amlodipine amlodipine tablets 5.0mg,1 time a day;and the treatment group was given with irbesartan tablets 150mg,1 time a day.12 weeks were set as a course.After the end of a course,the central aortic pressure（CAP）,peripheral blood pressure,ankle-brachial pulse wave velocity（baPWV） for the two groups were measured.Results In two groups before treatment in patients with peripheral blood pressure,CAP and baPWV comparison,there were no significant differences between them（P0.05）.After treatment in two groups of patients with CAP and baPWV,the differences were statistically significant（P0.05）;peripheral blood pressure comparison,the difference was not statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Amlodipine can reduce the patient′s central aortic pressure,improve arterial stiffness and it plays a more effective role in the occurrence of cardiovascular events.
