左西孟旦治疗慢性充血性心力衰竭的临床疗效及安全性研究

摘　　要：目的评价左西孟旦在慢性充血性心力衰竭中的临床疗效及安全性。方法 24例经常规治疗不能缓解的慢性心力衰竭患者给予左西孟旦治疗。用药前后检测患者的生命体征、血常规、尿常规、肝肾功能、电解质、B型脑钠肽(BNP)、心电图、左室射血分数(LVEF),评估呼吸困难程度及全身临床情况。结果与用药前比较,左西孟旦能够明显改善患者的呼吸困难程度、BNP、LVEF及全身情况,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);安全性方面,左西孟旦增加低钾血症的发生率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论左西孟旦能够改善患者的呼吸困难程度、BNP、LVEF及全身情况。Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of levosimendan in chronic congestive heart failure.Methods 24 chronic heart failure patients which clinical symptoms can not be alleviated with conventional treatment were given levosimendan.Before and after levosimendan were given,we should to detect the patient′s vital signs,blood,urine,liver and kidney function,electrolytes,B-type natriuretic peptide and electrocardiogram,and to check the left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）,to assess the level of dyspnea and systemic clinical conditions.Results Compared with that before medication,levosimendan can markedly improved the patient′s degree of dyspnea,BNP,LVEF and general condition,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;safety,levosimendan increases the incidence of hypokalemia associated,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Levosimendan can improve the patients with dyspnea,BNP and LVEF and the general condition.
