复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者心功能的影响

摘　　要：目的观察复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦对慢性心力衰竭患者的影响。方法将60例慢性心力衰竭患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。对照组给予坎地沙坦治疗;治疗组给予复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦治疗,疗程均为12周,对比治疗前后左心室舒张末期内径及运动耐量。结果治疗后治疗组左室舒张末期内径及运动耐量的改善均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方丹参滴丸联合坎地沙坦能有效改善慢性心力衰竭患者的心功能和运动耐量。Objective To observe the effects of Compound Danshen dropping pills combined with Candesartan on cardiac function in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods 60 cases of chronic heart failure were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,30 cases in each.The control group was given candesartan treatment;the treatment group were treated with Compound Danshen dropping pill combined with candesartan treatment,the treatment course is 12 weeks,compared before and after treatment of left ventricular end diastolic diameter,exercise tolerance.Results The treatment group,the left ventricular end diastolic diameter and exercise tolerance was improved more than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion Compound Danshen dripping pill combined with candesartan is effective in improving chronic heart failure in patients with cardiac function and exercise tolerance.
