摘　　要：目的对腹腔镜手术治疗结直肠癌的安全性做出研究和评价。方法收集在2010年3月—2011年3月期间到该院进行治疗的结直肠癌患者的病例资料,将他们随机分为两组,一组采用采用腹腔镜手术治疗法,一组采用传统的治疗方法,比较两组的治疗效果。结果在保证两组患者的手术难度,手术部位及肿瘤大小无较大差异的前提下,发现两种治疗方式在淋巴清扫程度,复发率,脱落肿瘤细胞数等方面均无较大差异。结论腹腔镜手术治疗结肠癌与传统手术具有相同的安全性。To laparoscopic surgical treatment of the colorectal cancer safety make research and evaluation. Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery treatment of colon cancer and preach treatment has considerable safety.
