住院糖尿病患者抑郁状态的调查研究及护理干预

摘　　要：目的讨论糖尿病患者并发抑郁情绪时的相关原因分析和相应的护理干预方法。方法自2009年10月—2011年7月间,对该院住院的74例糖尿病患者进行分组,了解患者的抑郁状态及相关因素,同时采用根据SDS抑郁量表的内容设计的调查问卷,对患者进行调查,干预组对患者进行针对性护理。结果 74例患者有不同程度的抑郁情绪,干预组进行针对性护理后,有很大缓解,两组差异显著,有统计学意义。结论针对糖尿病患者不同的抑郁原因,进行针对性护理,有利于糖尿病患者的恢复,提高生活质量。To discuss diabetes patients complicated with depression at the time of the relevant reasons and corresponding nursing intervention methods. Methods From 2009 October to 2011 July in our hospital, 74 cases of diabetes were grouped,understanding of depression and related factors, at the same time according to the SDS depression scale content design of the questionnaire, the investigation of patients in intervention group patients, into line on nursing. Results 74 cases of patients with different degrees of depression, the intervention group psychological nursing, has very big alleviate, between the two groups was significant, with statistical significance. Conclusion According to different causes of depression in patients with diabetes mellitus, psychological nursing, beneficial for diabetic patients recovery, improve the quality of life.
