摘　　要：药物性肾损害是药物不良反应的重要方面之一,其发生率不断增高,对常规治疗及患者预后都有不利影响。本文根据国内、外最新研究进展,就药物性肾损害的机制、常见的可致肾损害的药物以及对药物性肾损害的诊断、预防和治疗措施作一概述。The drug-induced kidney injury is one of the important aspects of the adverse drug reactions whose occurrence rate constantly increases, which have an adverse impact on the regular treatment and prognosis of patients. This paper summarizes the mechanisms of drug-induced kidney injury and introduces the common drugs that may cause kidney injury, diagnosis, prevention and treatment of the drag-induced kidney injury according to the latest research progress at home and abroad.
