摘 要:为了探讨防风黄芩汤的抗炎作用机理,采用硫代巴比妥酸法测定小鼠炎性组织中丙二醛含量,用紫外分光光度法测定小鼠炎性组织中前列腺素E2的含量,采用荧光法测定小鼠炎性组织中组胺的含量,并采用硝酸酶还原法测定致炎小鼠血清中一氧化氮的含量。结果显示,防风黄芩汤有效减少小鼠炎性组织中丙二醛的释放,抑制前列腺素E2、组胺和一氧化氮的生成,说明防风黄芩汤的抗炎作用机理与降低致炎小鼠炎性介质丙二醛、前列腺素E2、组胺和一氧化氮含量有关。Abstraet gThe aim of the research was to investigate the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of Fangfeng Han- gqin decoction(FFHQD). The contents of MDA were determined by using thio-barbituric acid method. The contents of PGEz and histamine were determined in inflammatory tissue of mice by ultraviolet spectro- photometry and fluorometric method respectively. The contents of NO were determined in serum of mice by using nitrate reductase method, The results showed that FFHQD could reduce remarkably the contents of MDA , PGEz, NO and histamine, In conclusion,the anti-inflammatory mechanisms of FFHQD were relat- ed to reduce the contents of MDA, PGE2,NO and histamine.
