摘　　要：猪繁殖与呼吸综合征是一种引起母猪繁殖障碍和新生仔猪呼吸道症状的急性热性接触性传染病。该病是威胁养猪业的主要传染病之一,给养猪业带来极大危害。目前对该病缺乏有效的治疗手段,疫苗免疫接种是主要的防控措施。尽管市场上的灭活疫苗和弱毒活苗具有一定的保护作用,但都存在一定局限性。基因工程疫苗具有生产工艺简单,安全高效等优点,但仍处于实验室研究阶段。论文对猪繁殖与呼吸综合征疫苗研究进展进行综述,以供参考。Porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome （PRRS） is an acute febrile contagious infectious viral disease of swineof respiratory problems in neonatal piglets and reproductive failure in enceinte sows. It was one of the major infectious diseases in the pig industry. The disease does great harm to pig industry. Currently, the disease is lack of effective treatment, immunoprophylaxis is still the main measure to pre- vent and control the outbreak of the disease, Both inactivated vaccine and attenuated vaccine have a protec- tive effect with mainly sold on the market, but there are certain limitations. Genetically engineered vaccine is still in the stage of laboratory research, genetic engineering process is simple, safe reliable, simple prep- aration, simultaneous expression of multiple antigenic advantages. Therefore, this paper mainly reviewed on the research advance in PRRS vaccines at home and abroad for references.
