摘  要:10只试验用山羊每日按10g/kg体重剂量通过永久性瘤胃瘘管投喂冰川棘豆干草粉,试验前及试验开始后每隔7d采血1次,分离血清,测定生化指标。谷草转氨酶、碱性磷酸酶于试验第7天开始持续升高,与试验前相比差异极显著(P<0.01);尿素氮于试验第7天升高,与试验前比较差异极显著(P<0.01);肌酐试验前后差异不显著。结果表明,西藏冰川棘豆对山羊肝脏、心脏和肾脏等有不同程度的损害,冰川棘豆中的有毒成分对患畜肾脏有损害作用,但对肌酐指标影响不大。Ten goats were fed with 10 g/kg Oxytropis glacialis through the permanent rumen fistula each day, blood samples were collected every 7 days before and after the trail, sera were separated, the bio- chemical indexes were assayed. Glutamic-oxalacetic transaminase(GOT) and alkaline phosphatase (AKP) were persistently increased at the seventh day, compared with the values before trail, the difference was ex- tremely significant(P^0.01); Urea nitrogen increased at the seventh day, compared with the values be- fore trail,the difference was extremely significant(P〈0. 01); Creatinine was no obvious difference. The result indicated that the Tibetan Oacytropis glacialis can injure the goats' liver, heart and kidney in different degrees. The toxic component in the plant can injure the kidney, but it hadn't a significant influence in the creatinine index.
