摘　　要：目的　探讨超声导向经皮穿刺膀胱颈悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁的临床效果。　方法　采用超声导向经皮穿刺膀胱颈悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁 12例 ,术中超声监视下恢复尿道膀胱后角成 90°。　结果　 12例随访 6～ 48个月 ,平均 2 0 .5个月 ,11例无尿失禁及排尿困难 ,1例尿失禁复发。　结论　超声导向经皮穿刺膀胱颈悬吊术治疗女性压力性尿失禁简便、安全、有效。Objective To evaluate the technique of bladder neck suspension via percutaneous puncture. Methods Bladder neck suspension via percutaneous puncture and under the guidance of ultrasonogram has been carried out for 12 cases of female stress incontinence.After the suspension has been accomp lished the urethrovesical rear angle was restored to 90°. Results The patients have been followed up for 6～48 months.Success has been achieved in 11 with normal voiding and there has been no complication noted. Conclusions Bladder neck suspension via percutaneous puncture and under the guidance of ultrasound monitoring is simple,safe and effective and is highly recommanded for the management of female stress incontinence.
