摘　　要：物流园区的建设目前土地利用方面还存在不少问题。首先介绍了物流园区土地集约利用的基本情况,然后对物流园区建设土地利用的问题进行了分析,提出土地集约化利用的评价指标,最后对土地利用评价结果的问题提出了可行性的对策建议。In this paper we introduced the basic situation of the integrated utility of the land of logistics parks, then analyzed the existing problems, proposed the evaluation index and finally proposed some feasibility suggestions and countermeasures.
