摘　　要：当前,大学生就业已成为社会关注的焦点,它直接关系到家庭、社会与高校的和谐及可持续发展。高校只有在毕业生就业工作中以就业和市场需求为导向,加强考核,强化就业指导、管理和服务功能,坚持四个创新,实现四个提升,才能取得较好的就业工作成效。At present, the employment of college students has become the focus of the society, it is directly related to the family, society and the harmonious and sustainable development of colleges and universities. University only in employment work of graduate students to adhere to the four innovation, realize four upgrade, ability obtains better employment work.
