中西医结合治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察小半夏加茯苓汤合泽泻汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组给予盐酸氟桂利嗪、甲磺酸倍他司汀基础治疗;治疗组在基础治疗上加用小半夏加茯苓汤合泽泻汤口服。结果:治疗组显效26例,有效13例,无效6例,总有效率为86.7%;对照组显效11例,有效21例,无效13例,总有效率为71.1%。两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中医证候积分较对照组明显下降(P<0.05或P<0.01),且无明显副反应。结论:小半夏加茯苓汤合泽泻汤治疗后循环缺血性眩晕临床疗效显著,且无明显不良反应。To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Small Pinellia and Tuckahoe combined with Decoction of Alisma Rhizoma on vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia. Methods： 90 cases were divided into two groups randomly. Control group were treated with flunarizine hydrochloride and betahistine mesylate, and treatment group were treated with Decoction of Small Pinellia and Tuekahoe combined with Decoction of Alisma Rhizoma besides above western medicine. Results： In treatment group 26 cases were excellent, 13 ones effective and 6 ones ineft^etive. The total effective rate was 86.7%. In control group 11 cases were excellent, 21 ones effective and 13 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 71.1%. There was significant difference between the two gl^ups （P 〈 0.05 ）. The syndrome score decreased much more in treatment group than in control group, and no side effects occurred. Conclusion： Decoction of Small Pinellia and Tuckahoe combined with Decoction of Alisma Rhizoma has good and reliable effect on vertigo caused by posterior circulation ischemia, and no side effect occurs.
