电针配合补肾活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察电针疗法配合补肾活血汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法:118例患者均采用针刺双侧腰夹脊、膈俞、腰阳关、大肠俞、肾俞、患侧秩边、环跳、委中、太溪,配合电针加TDP照射腰部,服用补肾活血汤治疗。结果:118例患者中,治愈65例,好转50例,无效3例,总有效率97.46%。结论:上述综合疗法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效可靠。To observe the clinical curative effect of electric acupuncture combined with Decoction for Invigor- ating Kidney to Promote Blood Flow on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Methods ： 118 cases were treated with acupuncture in lumbar Jia - fi , Ge - shu , Yao - yang - guan , Da - chang - shu and Shen - shu on bilateral sides, and Zhi -bian, Huan -tiao, Wei -zhong and Tai -xi in the sick side, combined with electric acupuncture, TDP -irradiation in tile waist and taking Decoction for Invigorating Kidney to Promote Blood Flow. Results： 65 cases were recovered, 50 ones effective, and 3 ones ineffective. The total effective rate was 97.4%. Conclusion： Electric acupuncture combined with Decoction for Invigorating Kidney to Promote Blood Flow is an effective method on the treatment of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
